Job summary

Regis is seeking a Regional Property Supervisor to provide senior operational and technical leadership across aged care homes in Victoria and Tasmania. You will oversee building infrastructure, essential services, and asset management while ensuring safety, compliance and resident-focused outcomes.

You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, contractor performance and statutory compliance, with travel between sites as required. Regis supports hybrid working and career development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ facilities management experience in regulated environments.
• Strong technical understanding of building services including HVAC, electrical, hydraulics, fire and life safety.
• Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and contractor works.
• Ability to interpret technical reports, scopes, quotes, specifications and service documentation.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Current driver’s licence and right to work in Australia.

You will oversee building infrastructure, essential services, contractor performance, maintenance delivery, statutory compliance and asset management systems, while supporting practical, resident-focused property outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ facilities management experience in aged care, healthcare, retirement living, accommodation, commercial property or another regulated environment
• Strong technical understanding of building services including: HVAC, electrical, hydraulics, fire and life safety, nurse call, security, access control and building fabric
• Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor works, asset condition information and facility risks
• Confidence interpreting technical reports, scopes, quotes, specifications, compliance certificates and service documentation
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Current driver’s licence, right to work in Australia and ability to travel between sites as required
