Job summary

Regis Aged Care Pty Ltd in Whitfield, Northern Territory, is seeking a General Manager to lead a prominent residence. You will oversee operations, ensure person-centred care and drive sustainable performance with residents, families and staff.

You will coach multidisciplinary teams, manage occupancy and budget, uphold quality, compliance and accreditation, and partner with the community to deliver exceptional care while enjoying the tropical lifestyle of the region.
