Job summary

Regis Aged Care is seeking a Registration Lead to drive the national provider registration, accreditation and assessment readiness program across residential aged care, home care and disability services. You will lead registration activities under the Aged Care Act 2024 and coordinate regulator submissions.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Extensive experience in aged care quality, accreditation, compliance or clinical governance.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, strengthened Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing audits, accreditation programs and regulator engagement.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, project management and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse risk, coordinate complex programs and drive quality outcomes across a national organisation.
