Job summary

Australian Department of Veterans' Affairs – Maroochydore QLD is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day regional administrative support operations. The APM supports the Practice Manager with line management and operational supervision across centres in the region.

The role provides support to corporate functions including human resources, property and finance management, quality improvement and assurance activities, and ensures processes align with national standard

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship under the Public Service Act 1999.
• Ability to obtain Baseline Vetting (AGSVA) security clearance.
• Eligibility to obtain Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative support operations across regional centres.
• Assist the Practice Manager with line management and operational supervision of the support team.
