Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Regional Security Manager to oversee operations across MENA and APAC, delivering in-region security leadership, incident response, and safe, compliant operations. You will establish a regional security function, coordinate with HR, Legal, and Workplace teams, and drive faster local incident response and information sharing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-region point of contact for security matters across MENA and APAC, advising regional leadership, HR, Legal, and Workplace teams on security posture and risk.
• Own and continuously develop the regional security strategy, including travel risk management, incident response protocols, and office security standards across the footprint.
• Lead and manage vendor relationships across the region, measuring the performance of third-party contractors, guarding providers, and security service partners to ensure consistent delivery.
• Build and maintain local relationships with authorities, industry peers, and intelligence sources to strengthen situational awareness and early-warning capability.
• Lead regional incident response, ensuring rapid, locally-informed decision-making and escalation.
