As our Regional Operations Leader, you'll be at the centre of action-leading frontline teams, solving complex challenges and keeping critical freight services moving safely and efficiently across the network.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:

• Lead in a fast-paced, live operations environment where every decision counts

• A visible commitment to safety leadership
• Certificate IV / Diploma in Frontline Management or similar
• Experience in rail or yard operations
