Job summary

Grace Group is seeking a Regional Operations Supervisor in Unanderra, NSW. You will lead operations, coordinate branches, and drive service delivery aligned with KPI targets in a fast-paced removals and information management environment.

You will manage labour, budgets, site security, and large logistics projects while fostering a safety-first culture and stakeholder collaboration across sales, admin and operations.

Qualifications

• Must have proven organisational/planning ability.
• Must have proven leadership and problem solving skills.
• Ability to liaise with sales, admin and operational personnel.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage superior service delivery to clients.
• Assist with Branch operations, labour and vehicle resources to meet service objectives.
• Lead operations personnel ensuring adherence to standard procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Manage operational costs against budgets and targets as set by the Regional Branch Manager.
• Oversee property, plant and site security.
• Manage large logistical projects such as assembly of storage racking and transport of cartons.
