Job summary

Grace Worldwide in Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day activities, labour, vehicles and resources to ensure efficient service delivery. This autonomous role offers the opportunity to lead and develop an operations team within a nationally recognised brand.

You will drive performance by monitoring budgets and KPIs, manage company property and site security, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise competing demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Computer literacy and customer-service focus required.

What you’ll bring

Previous experience in operations, logistics or a supervisory role
