NSW Rural Fire Service is seeking a motivated professional to support operational readiness and emergency management across Dareton. You will work with volunteers and staff to deliver critical fire and emergency services, coordinating activities and ensuring responsive service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, good judgement and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Flexible working arrangements are considered as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Evidence of required licenses and qualifications as stated in the role description.
• Current Driver Licence and willingness to travel.
• Operational Officer Medical Assessment certifying the required general health and fitness.
• Eligibility to apply will be determined against essential requirements.

Aufgaben

• Support operational readiness and emergency management activities across NSW Rural Fire Service.
• Collaborate with volunteers, staff and external agencies to deliver services.
• Assist in planning, coordination and community resilience initiatives.
• Apply policies, procedures and risk management principles to achieve outcomes.
• Provide strong stakeholder engagement and maintain high service delivery standards.
