ACCIONA is hiring a Project Engineer to join one of our regional NSW project teams, coordinating engineering works, inspections, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality control. You will support the Senior Project Engineer to deliver a safe, on-time and high-quality completion within budget.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Translates designs into written plans and drawings illustrating construction methodologies.
• Develops project delivery plans and assesses commercial and technical risk.
• Manages specific engineering tasks independently and coordinates with team members.
• Willingness to work on regional NSW project sites.

Responsabilités

• Assist the SPE and Construction Manager to ensure the project is delivered to cost & time with resources needed, leading to client satisfaction.
• Identify and assess risk to the project and implement mitigation strategies.
• Cost and forecast control to aid strategic planning.
• Build effective relationships to coordinate activities with supervisors.
• Maintain quality, environmental, and safety systems across the project.
• Liaise with subcontractors to monitor performance against specifications and procedures.
• Manage construction budgets to forecast profit/loss and monitor financial performance.
