Qualifications

• Experience in account management, telecommunications, ICT, or business sales.
• Understanding of small and medium business customers.
• Confidence engaging with existing and prospective customers.
• Experience with proactive calling, relationship building and follow-up.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
