Onetrak Pty Ltd in Western Australia seeks a Regional Manager to lead Service and Parts operations across Perth and Albany, while supporting the Sales team. This senior role drives branch performance, develops high‑performing teams and delivers sustainable growth.

You bring a strong mechanical background with heavy equipment knowledge, proven leadership across multiple locations, budgeting and P&L experience, and outstanding stakeholder management. MBA or similar is preferred.

Onetrak is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our Service and Parts operations and support our Sales team across Western Australia.

This senior leadership position is responsible for the performance of multiple branches, with a strong focus on developing high-performing Service and Parts teams, driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering sustainable business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of heavy equipment, earthmoving machinery, forestry equipment, quarrying equipment, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop Service and Parts teams across Onetrak's Perth and Albany branches.

Provide technical leadership and oversight of service operations.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the region.

Provide support to the Onetrak Sales team.

Ensure safe, compliant and efficient branch operations.

About You

You will be a motivated leader with a strong service/technical background and a passion for developing people and growing business performance.

Proven experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations.

Strong background within heavy equipment, construction, forestry, quarrying or related industries.

Established customer network and relationship management capability.

Demonstrated business development experience.

Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of heavy machinery.

Experience managing budgets, P&L performance and operational outcomes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Current driver's licence.

Formal business qualification such as an MBA or similar.
