Job summary

Healthii People in Caboolture, QLD, is seeking a Regional Manager for Non-Family Based Care. This senior leadership role oversees programs across Moreton Bay, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with frameworks, compliance, and legislation.

You will supervise and develop the team of case managers and youth workers, drive program growth, lead recruitment and training, and manage budgets and stakeholder engagement with Child Safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Human Services or related discipline is required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience ideally within child protection/youth justice.
• Applied knowledge of Trauma-Informed frameworks.
• Understanding and awareness of cultural sensitivity.
• Passion for supporting young people to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to the team of case managers and youth workers.

Healthii People are proud to have partnered withIFYSto support the recruitment of their Regional Manager within their Non-Family Based Care Program across Moreton Bay (based out of Caboolture)

This is a Senior Leadership role that would oversee the non-family based care programs in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and that the programs are operating in line with correct practice frameworks, compliance and state and federal legislation.

This role would suit someone with a leadership background in the child safety space or youth justice sector, and you would:

• Provide supervision and support to the team of case managers and youth workers
• Support the growth and success of the program in the region
