You will collaborate with regional leaders to strengthen risk management, ensure regulatory compliance and embed practical HSEQ systems that support safe operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Health, Safety and Environment across diverse operations.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and regulations.
• Ability to drive continuous safety improvements and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Group Australia HSE strategy and improvement plan.
• Harmonise practices across multiple jurisdictions and sites.
• Guide investigations, risk controls and incident management.
• Coach and develop dispersed HSE teams and drive governance and reporting.
