Community Housing Ltd. is seeking a Regional Housing Services Coordinator to lead a regional team delivering housing services and to oversee property and tenancy management across the region.

You will coordinate housing programs, budgets, compliance and reporting, while building strong relationships with customers, government and community stakeholders. A customer-focused leader capable of guiding complex tenancy matters is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum five years in a leadership role with staff management experience.
• Strong knowledge of community and public housing and relevant legislation.
• Customer-focused with ability to guide outcomes in complex tenancy matters.
• Established networks across government, partners and community stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and financial management skills.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to obtain police and suitability checks.
