Job summary

Department of Housing and Works in Albany is seeking a permanent Regional Manager to lead the delivery of housing services across the region and ensure access to affordable, secure housing for Western Australians.

You will build high-performing teams, oversee tenancy management for tens of thousands of social housing tenancies, and collaborate with GROH and local providers to expand housing options. This pivotal role supports a diverse client base and inclusivity in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Government Housing functions in the Region with the aim of affordable and secure housing solutions.
• Manage approx. 39,000 social housing tenancies and GROH accommodation where applicable.
• Support local Community Housing providers and coordinate tenancy engagement for social housing.
• Interface with clients to access social housing, bond assistance and other affordable home ownership products.
