Qualifications
- Proven experience leading leaders and developing managers.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen across safety, service, productivity and costs.
- Ability to influence across geographically dispersed teams and maintain standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance of multiple GrainCorp sites across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.
- Coach Site Managers to build leadership capability and high-performing teams.
- Drive standardisation, compliance and continuous improvement across regional portfolio.
- Lead harvest readiness, workforce planning and operational execution for seasonal outcomes.
- Build relationships with growers, stakeholders and internal teams to support operations and customer service.
