Job summary

GrainCorp Limited is seeking an experienced Port Operations Manager - North at Fisherman Islands to lead a portfolio of port assets, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost effectiveness. This senior role focuses on developing leadership teams, driving continuous improvement and delivering seasonal outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, agriculture, resources, ports or other operationally intensive industries.
• Demonstrated success leading leaders and managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong safety leadership capability and a commitment to a culture where safety is a core value.
• Experience driving operational performance, continuous improvement and accountability across multiple sites or business units.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, resources and business performance.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• The ability to make sound decisions, navigate complexity and lead teams through changing operational demands.
• A genuine passion for developing people, building capability and creating high-performing teams.
