Job summary

Qualifications
- Senior leadership with oversight of operations, budgets, and grant-funded programs.
- Experience delivering services in remote or Aboriginal community contexts.
- Strong knowledge of WHS, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence, NT Ochre Card, and National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic goals into actionable priorities across housing, civil, and maintenance programs.
- Build relationships with traditional owners, board members, funders, and government partners.
- Monitor infrastructure, service, and workforce across 30+ Homelands to guide planning.
- Manage program budgets, grant compliance, contracts, procurement, and financial acquittals.
- Direct, coach, and support staff to expand career pathways for local Aboriginal employees.
