Job summary

Bawinanga Homelands Aboriginal Corporation invites a seasoned senior leader to direct strategic and operational delivery across West Arnhem Land Homelands. Lead housing, civil works, workshops, property, and essential services to transform community priorities into practical regional outcomes.

You will oversee budgets, grants, procurement, and staff development, while fostering respectful partnerships with traditional owners and government partners to advance local opportunity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience overseeing operations, budgets, and grant-funded programs.
• Experience delivering services in remote or Aboriginal community contexts.
• Strong knowledge of WHS, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

The Experience You'll Bring

• Trade, technical, or professional qualification in construction, housing, or civil works


• Proven senior leadership experience overseeing operations, budgets, and grant-funded programs


• Demonstrated experience delivering services within remote or Aboriginal community contexts


• Strong knowledge of WHS, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements


• Current Australian Driver’s Licence, NT Ochre Card, and National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
