Brunel in Australia Pacific invites an experienced General Manager Operations to lead a large, multi-disciplinary function across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. This executive role drives operational excellence, a safety-first culture and reliable service delivery through service centres, projects and field teams.

You will shape strategy, improve performance, own budgets and partner with senior leaders on capital decisions.

Qualifications

Significant senior leadership experience across complex operational environments.
Experience leading large teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with ownership of budgets.
Proven track record in safety, reliability and operational improvement.
Outstanding stakeholder management and executive influence.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop a large, geographically dispersed operations team across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
Drive a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability and operational excellence.
Oversee service centre operations, project delivery, engineering and field-based teams.
Improve operational efficiency, asset utilisation and workforce productivity.
Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and capital investment decisions.
Ensure robust operational systems, processes and governance frameworks are in place.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, customer service and financial performance.
Develop future leaders and strengthen organisational capability.
