Zusammenfassung

Impact North is seeking an experienced executive to lead entrepreneur services across the Northern Territory, with a strong focus on Darwin, East Arnhem and Barkly. The role reports to the CEO and guides regional delivery, partnerships and culturally safe programs that empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

You will drive strategy, manage managers, and oversee budgets and revenue-generating services while traveling across rural and remote NT to expand Impact North’s presence

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading managers and senior practitioners, regions or service lines.
• Strong commercial capability across budgets, forecasting, contracts and revenue-generating services.
• Experience establishing, scaling or improving regional operations.
• Demonstrated culturally safe leadership and work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Ability to develop leaders, build accountability and influence strategic outcomes.
• Capacity to travel regularly across the Northern Territory.
