Caraway Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an APSA Regional Manufacturing Finance Lead to act as the financial partner for regional sites across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to Regional Manufacturing Leadership Team.
• Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning for regional ops.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost control, productivity, and working capital improvements.
• Develop robust financial models for capex and investment cases and track benefits.
