Job summary

APSA is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Finance Lead to act as the primary finance partner for the regional manufacturing network across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and China. You will lead a dispersed team, drive financial performance, support strategic investments, and optimize working capital while ensuring governance and controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
CPA/CMA/ACCA/MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally regional or multi-site.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance partner to Regional Manufacturing Leadership Team.
Provide financial insights to support strategy, network optimization, capacity planning, sourcing, localization and site expansion.
Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning for regional operations.
Drive standardization and digitalization of manufacturing finance processes.
Monitor cost drivers, improve spending discipline and cost efficiency.
Develop robust financial models and investment business cases.
Coach and develop regional finance team and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
