Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is seeking an APSA Regional Manufacturing Finance Lead to partner with regional manufacturing leadership, driving financial performance and strategic investments across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and China. You will lead a dispersed team, deliver budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reviews, and advance digital capabilities in the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
7+ years progressive finance experience, regional/multi-site preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance partner to Regional Manufacturing Leadership Team.
Provide financial insights to support strategic manufacturing decisions and network optimization.
Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes.
Drive cost control by monitoring factory expenses and improving spending discipline.
Develop robust financial models and investment business cases.
