We're seeking a Regional Fleet Training Lead to support our tanker operations across Gippsland, helping develop skilled, safe, and compliant drivers through hands-on coaching, assessments, and training delivery. This is a rewarding opportunity to transition your operational experience into a leadership and training-focused role while maintaining strong connections with drivers and the transport industry. Based on the beautiful South Gippsland region, you'll work closely with drivers, transport leaders, and operational teams to strengthen capability across our fleet.
As the Regional Fleet Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and supporting heavy vehicle drivers through practical coaching, classroom training, ride-alongs, and compliance activities. You'll play a critical role in building driver capability, improving safety outcomes, and ensuring drivers meet company and regulatory requirements.
You are a confident communicator who can comfortably facilitate a training session one day and conduct a driver assessment or ride-along the next. You build trust easily, enjoy coaching others, and understand the realities of heavy vehicle operations.
