Job summary

Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a production team member to work across rotating Day, Afternoon and Night shifts. You will follow GMP and production procedures, maintain cleanliness and product quality, and conduct basic quality checks to support daily production targets.

The role emphasizes safety and teamwork, with opportunities to engage in continuous improvement and learn across different areas of our production environment.

Qualifications

  • Sound understanding of safety, food handling and hygiene practices.
  • Good literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem-solve on the go.
  • Clear communicator who works well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production or dairy (desirable, not essential).

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to site safety (OHS) and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain high standards of cleaning, hygiene and product quality.
  • Conduct product sampling and basic quality checks.

This role requires flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including Day, Afternoon and Night shift.

Key Responsibilities
