Job summary

Saputo Dairy Australia, based in Leongatha, Victoria, seeks a Regional Fleet Training Lead to develop and coach heavy vehicle drivers across Gippsland. Deliver inductions, run training programs, conduct ride-alongs and driver assessments to lift safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with transport leaders to identify learning needs, monitor performance, and maintain training records, applying NHVR rules and fatigue management.

Qualifications

• Coaching drivers to improve safety and performance.
• Delivering practical coaching, classroom training, and ride-alongs.
• Maintaining training records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driver inductions and training programs.
• Conduct ride-alongs and coaching sessions with drivers.
• Support onboarding and development of new drivers.
• Ensure compliance with fatigue management, CoR, and mass management.
• Identify training needs with transport leaders and monitor performance.
