Job summary

RTC Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the Mid North and Far North regions, leading a team of Maintenance Coordinators to ensure efficient delivery of services across Australia.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with operations, subcontractors and clients, and ensure contractual KPIs and safety standards are met. This full-time role involves regional travel and a fast-paced environment delivering essential community services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to deliver building & construction projects.
• Domestic trade qualification or relevant industry experience to obtain appropriate registration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Maintenance Coordinators to ensure efficient coordination and delivery of services.
• Coordinate delivery to meet contractual obligations, KPIs and performance targets.
• Travel regionally (Mid North and Far North) to oversee projects and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Foster an inclusive, safety-first culture and manage performance across the team.
