Our Facilities Maintenance team provide planned and responsive maintenance, emergency repairs, disability modification upgrades, vacant restorations, property surveys, demolition, asbestos removal, and construction services throughout New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania.
RTC Group is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our Mid North and Far North regions.
In this role, you will lead a team of Maintenance Coordinators to ensure the efficient coordination and delivery of services, meeting contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance targets.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Due to the vast geographic area we cover, regional travel is an ongoing requirement of the role.
This is a fast-paced, highly varied role that plays a vital part in delivering essential services to local communities.
About You:
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading teams to successful completion of building & construction projects, with a domestic trade qualification being highly regarded.
With multiple projects on the go at any one time, you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and be adept at managing various competing demands to ensure teams are on task and projects are completed in line with set timeframes.
You will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and possess the people skills required to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Working closely with our operations team, subcontractors, and clients, you will be an effective collaborator while also being highly autonomous and able to manage work without direction or supervision.
