Job summary

OneSchool Global seeks a Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Delivery Team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will coordinate minor capital works and facilities projects from planning through completion, working with campus leaders, contractors and the Buildings Team to ensure safety, efficiency and high standards.

You will manage scopes, budgets, procurement and documentation, build strong relationships with campuses and contractors, and support regional infrastructure delivery

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or administering construction, facilities or capital works projects.
• Strong contract administration and procurement experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Sound financial administration and budget tracking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Problem-solving and practical project delivery approach.
• Experience with contractor compliance and site safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of minor capital works and facilities projects.
• Prepare project scopes, cost estimates and delivery plans.
• Manage project procurement, contractor engagement and contract administration.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and timelines.
• Support contractor compliance, site safety and project quality standards.
• Coordinate project documentation, reporting and project close-out activities.
• Build strong relationships with campuses, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Support the successful delivery of regional infrastructure and facilities programs.
