Job summary

WSP is seeking an exceptional Regional Executive for Environmental Approvals NSW/ACT to lead a growing team and influence strategy across NSW and ACT. You will drive client relationships, opportunities and operational excellence while delivering measurable outcomes for major projects.

You’ll oversee a 20+ person team, set strategic direction, and collaborate with the Ecology & Environmental Approvals leadership group to strengthen market presence and capability across energy, resources, Defence

Qualifications

Proven track record in environmental approvals, planning or impact assessment.
Strong client network and market awareness across resources, energy and Defence.
Proactive, energetic and accountable leadership style.
Credibility with clients, partners and stakeholders.
Ability to grow work and win major pursuits.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop 20+ environmental approvals professionals across NSW and ACT.
Shape and deliver business strategy with the Ecology and Environmental Approvals leadership team.
Drive business strategy, P&L performance, growth and commercial outcomes.
Strengthen strategic client relationships and identify new market opportunities.
Lead major pursuits, proposals and business development.
Oversee resourcing, governance, risk management and quality outcomes.
