Job summary

WSP is seeking an exceptional Regional Executive for Environmental Approvals NSW/ACT to lead a growing team and influence strategy across NSW and ACT. You will drive client relationships, opportunities and operational excellence while delivering measurable outcomes for major projects.

You’ll oversee a 20+ person team, set strategic direction, and collaborate with the Ecology & Environmental Approvals leadership group to strengthen market presence and capability across energy, resources, Defence

This role combines business leadership, client growth and team development, with the opportunity to strengthen our market presence and help shape the future of Environmental Approvals at WSP.
Reporting to the Director of Ecology & Environmental Approvals, you will help deliver business performance, build capability and grow our presence across energy, resources, Defence and infrastructure.
This role will suit a respected approvals leader with strong commercial acumen, technical credibility and a passion for building high-performing teams.
