Job summary

Harmony Early Education on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of centres across the region. You will translate strategy into safe, compliant, and commercially sustainable operations while partnering with Centre Directors and Head Office.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multiple service centres.
• Solid knowledge of early childhood education and care compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into safe, quality operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise operations across a portfolio of Gold Coast centres.
• Partner with Centre Directors and the Head Office to drive consistency and improvement.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource planning.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and mandatory reporting are robust across services.
• Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and high performance.
