Job summary

Z Staffing Early Childhood is seeking an experienced Area/Portfolio Manager who will support Centre Directors across NSW. You’ll coach, guide and provide operational support to drive quality and compliance while helping centres lift performance and outcomes. The role involves travel and reports directly to the Approved Provider.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
• Experience as Area/Regional/Operations Manager or equivalent multi-site leadership in ECEC.
• Experience overseeing multiple childcare centres simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, National Regulations and EYLF.
• Strong operational, commercial and performance management capability, including occupancy, staffing, labour and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching and support to Centre Directors across NSW.
• Ensure leadership, quality, compliance and performance across multiple centres.
• Travel as part of the role and report to the Approved Provider.
• Turn operational data into clear actions to improve occupancy, staffing and financial performance.
