Job summary

Harmony Early Education in the Brisbane region seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of centres. You will translate strategy into safe, compliant, and commercially sustainable operations, partnering with Centre Directors and Head Office to build capability and drive performance with children and families at the centre.

You will coach leaders, maintain high standards, manage budgets, and foster constructive relationships.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in the early childhood education and care sector.
Proven multi-site leadership in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of ECEC compliance frameworks and mandatory reporting obligations.
Demonstrated success supporting services through Assessment and Rating.
Experience managing budgets and driving sustainable performance outcomes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card.
Valid driver’s licence and capacity to travel across centres.

Responsibilities

Lead with integrity and accountability across a portfolio of Brisbane centres.
Coach and develop Centre Directors and leaders to enable ownership and capability.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee budgeting, financial performance and resource allocation.
Build constructive, collaborative relationships with Centre Directors and Head Office.
Ensure consistent operations, Risk management and timely reporting.
