The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts is seeking APS5 Program and Policy Officers to support governance, economic policy, social policy and strategic engagement across Northern Australia. These roles offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid office and home-based work, with locations in Cairns, Darwin, Perth and Townsville.

Qualificações

• Demonstrate capability against the APS5 Work level standards.
• Embed First Nations perspectives into infrastructure policy, program delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Prioritise everyday workflows and meet deadlines.
• Draft correspondence and interact professionally with a wide network of stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of key branch activities under general direction.
• Provide program and financial support and maintain risk registers.
• Assist with data gathering and initial analysis for economic and social policy initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for NAMF and external engagement events.
