You will lead a small team and shape policy and program delivery to advance regional outcomes.

The role focuses on governance oversight, strategic policy advice under the Northern Australia Action Plan, and high-level engagement with Ministers, Parliament, and external partners to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Executive level 1 Work level standards experience.
• Ability to embed First Nations perspectives into infrastructure policy, program delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven capability to evaluate complex information, make sound decisions under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Leading governance frameworks: manage interaction with NAIF Board and ministerial appointments, update risk statements.
• Driving strategic policy advice: direct reviews of the NAIF Act and align investment policy with the Northern Australia Action Plan.
• High-level coordination: oversee ministerial, parliamentary and Cabinet request delivery.
• Stakeholder & event leadership: manage NAMF secretariat and external engagement activities.
