Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking a committed Regional DC Manager for our Regional Distribution Centre in NSW. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage stock and safety, and drive continual improvement across the DC to support national supply chain goals.

You will oversee recruitment and training, motivate teams to hit productivity targets, and collaborate with the National Operations Manager on projects. A strong leadership and organisational background is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of guiding large teams.
• Proven skills in stock management and distribution centre operations.
• Excellent safety focus and experience with MHE fleet oversight.
• Ability to recruit, train and retain capable staff.
• Adept at driving process improvements and efficiency gains.

We're on the lookout for a committed, motivated Regional DC Manager who will be part of the team at our Regional Distribution Centre - NSW. You will be joining a company with a great culture, where you will be supported.

Day in the life

• Ensure management of all aspects of day-to-day operations at the Regional Distribution Centre site, ensuring consistency in all areas of operations, including but not limited to:
• Stock management, team management, safety including MHE fleet management, pallet controls, and other tasks as required by the National Operations Manager
• Assist in leading the development and continual enhancement of distribution centre in all elements of operations
• Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
• Actively support the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of new employees
• Provide input and leadership across National Supply Chain projects
