Job summary

InfraBuild is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to be the main contact for customers at our Mayfield campus. You will build strong relationships, coordinate orders, and work closely with sales, warehouse and distribution teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

You will engage with customers via phone and email, manage orders, and support the broader team across Australia.

• Experience in customer-facing roles advantageous

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers via phone and email.
• Process orders and quotes accurately while handling enquiries.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Manage credit approvals and customer account queries in line with policies.
• Monitor inventory and provide supply updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
