You will oversee ~50 facilities contracts, improve processes, and partner with Legal, Procurement, and Operations to ensure compliant, value-driven outcomes.

The role requires strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on use of enterprise tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, and Yardi to maintain data integrity

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in facilities/operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent.
• Multi-site facilities experience in complex, high-volume environments.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive cross-functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across large teams.
• Experience in facilities, coworking, or service-led environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with operational systems such as Excel, Monday.com, Salesforce, Yardi.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional operational execution and governance across Australia and SEA.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle and procurement for ~50 contracts.
• Lead annual budgeting and planning with key stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Administer central systems and data dashboards; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate cross-functional training materials and onboarding.
