Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Contract Manager to drive regional contract governance, financial administration, and system consistency across Australia and South East Asia. You will oversee outsourced services, ensure stakeholder alignment, and maintain centralized reporting while supporting the Building Operations Director through change initiatives.

The role requires strong vendor oversight, procurement discipline, and data-driven decision making, with travel across Australia and SEA as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in contracts/operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end administration for ~50 facilities contracts across Australia and SEA.
• Manage contract renewal lifecycle from pre-planning to go-live.
• Track milestones using central tools and evaluate procurement approaches.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive operational quality and vendor performance.
• Lead regional audit programs, site checks and governance routines.
• Support budgeting and planning for regional operations.
