Job summary

MACA is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications, marketing and events for the Australia West region from our Welshpool base. You will develop strategies, manage brand presence, and support ESG reporting and investor communications across Thiess Group Operating Companies.

• Content management systems experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external communications, marketing and event strategies across the Australia West region.
• Support the EVP, brand guidelines and ESG reporting, investor communications and risk management.
• Maintain websites and social media, deliver media management and reputation initiatives.
• Develop and deliver advertising campaigns, sponsorships and regional events to boost brand equity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align communications with divisional goals and markets.
