Luxe Care Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Regional Care Manager to lead our care teams and deliver high-quality, person-centred in-home services across the region.

You will work with Operations, People & Development, Rostering, Clinical and Quality teams to drive performance, workforce planning, compliance and continuous improvement, while building strong relationships with clients, families and staff.

Qualificações

• AHPRA Division 1 Registered Nurse with current registration.
• At least 5 years' experience in healthcare management.
• Knowledge of Support at Home and/or Home Care Packages is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in health, aged or community care management.
• Understanding of WHS and industrial awards in the community care setting.
• Current driver's license and access to a car.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory if successful).
• WWCC (mandatory if successful).
• Right to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, coaching and support to Care Managers and regional care teams.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across the region.
• Monitor service performance, quality, client outcomes and KPIs.
• Support Care Managers with complex client, employee and operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, policies and organisational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across care delivery, systems and processes.
• Monitor risks, incidents, complaints and areas of non-compliance.
• Collaborate with Rostering and operations to manage workforce needs.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, retention and staff development.
• Coach Care Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Support performance management and employee relations with People & Development.
• Build relationships with clients, families, employees and external stakeholders.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Participate in regional meetings and strategic planning.
