Job summary

Heidelberg Materials seeks a skilled Business Analyst to support the Western Region with timely management information and reporting. You will consolidate data, analyze performance and aid in internal controls and compliance across plants and business units.

You will own regional reports, assist with forecasts, and drive improvements in reporting using Excel, Power Query and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail with a track record of accurate work.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Experience in commercial analysis, management accounting or business performance.
• Good organisation and time management; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate recurring regional management reports and review packs.
• Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year; provide commentary on movements, risks and opportunities.
• Consolidate, validate and reconcile information across plants and reporting systems.
• Support quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans; assist with capital approvals and documentation.
• Develop and improve recurring reports using advanced Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
