Job summary

Z Staffing is seeking an experienced Area/Portfolio Manager to support and work closely with our Centre Directors across NSW. You’ll provide hands-on coaching, guidance and operational support, ensuring strong leadership, quality and compliance while helping centres drive performance and deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role involves travel and reports directly to the Approved Provider. We offer an above-market salary of $150K + Super, paid professional development training and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Experience as Area Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent multi-site leadership within ECEC.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, National Regulations and EYLF.
• Proven ability to oversee and support multiple childcare centres simultaneously.
• Strong operational, commercial and performance management capability (occupancy, staffing, labour and financial performance).
• Experience coaching Centre Directors for performance and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching, guidance and operational support to Centre Directors.
• Ensure strong leadership, quality, compliance and performance across centres.
• Travel across NSW to support and oversee multiple sites.
• Reports to Approved Provider and supports centre performance improvements.
