Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead project delivery and maintenance activities across the Chinchilla region in Queensland. You will develop client relationships, oversee safety, quality, and environmental compliance, and drive growth opportunities with strong leadership and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in construction, maintenance, energy, infrastructure, resources, or heavy industry sectors.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, estimating, and contract management skills.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong focus on safety, people leadership and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of projects and contracts across the Chinchilla region.
• Oversee operational performance, workforce planning, project execution, and resource management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary contact for contract delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and legislative requirements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and operational excellence.
