Job summary

GTNT Group in Katherine is seeking an organized professional to manage dual GTO and ANT caseloads, mentor apprentices, track compliance, and build relationships with host businesses across cattle station operations.

You will oversee apprentice sign-ups, administer training contracts, drive performance and welfare conversations, and promote opportunities while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Manual NT Driver’s Licence.
• Knowledge of VET systems and Industrial Relations framework is required.
• Experience in dual compliance and stakeholder relationship management.
• Proven engagement skills with diverse clients, including Indigenous communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apprentice sign-ups, workplace inspections, and cattle station runs.
• Administer Training Contracts aligned to contract and legislative obligations.
• Drive performance, attendance, and welfare conversations with apprentices and hosts.
• Promote apprenticeship opportunities and build business networks across the region.
• Maintain accurate case notes, compliance records, and reporting metrics.
