Job summary

GTNT Group is seeking two roles built to back each other up in Katherine, delivering hands-on mentorship, compliance tracking, apprentice sign-ups, and strong relationships with hosts across cattle stations. You will support apprentices through inspections, training contracts, and reporting while promoting opportunities and networks in the region.

The roles require a manual NT driver’s license, knowledge of the VET system and IR framework, and willingness for remote NT travel.

Qualifications

• Manual NT Driver’s Licence required.
• Knowledge of VET system and IR framework.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the NT.
• Experience in dual compliance and stakeholder relationship management.
• Proven engagement skills with diverse clients, including Indigenous communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apprentice sign-ups, workplace inspections, and cattle station runs.

Two Roles, Built to Back Each Other Up

Manage dual-function GTO and ANT caseloads across Katherine. Deliver hands‑on mentorship, compliance tracking, apprentice sign‑ups, and host business relationships across urban and remote cattle station runs with back‑up support.

The Job You'd Be Taking On

• Promote apprenticeship opportunities and build business networks across the region
