Job summary

Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is seeking a Regional Manager to conduct in-field sign-ups for Australian Apprentices in workplaces, providing accurate information about the apprenticeship, Training Contract rights and obligations, and guidance on appropriate qualifications and training providers.

The Regional Manager will ensure proper apprenticeship arrangements, help AAs and employers complete Training Contracts, and connect them with support services to improve completion rates.

Qualifications

• In-field experience and knowledge of the Australian Apprenticeship System preferred.
• Proven ability to build rapport with the business community and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in client service and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver apprenticeship support services in workplace settings across Upper Spencer Gulf and surrounds.
• Assist Australian Apprentices and employers to understand and complete the Training Contract.
• Provide information on appropriate qualifications and approved training providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve completion rates.
